Standard Operating Procedures Exist For A Reason

Standard Operating Procedures exist for a reason, they create consistency, safety, and reliability.
But when we follow them blindly, without understanding why they exist or questioning whether they still serve their purpose, they can quietly turn into barriers rather than foundations.

Real growth happens when we respect the SOP and remain curious enough to challenge it, improve it, and evolve beyond it when needed.

Progress isn’t about breaking the rules, it’s about understanding them deeply enough to know when they need to change.
